Tamra Ann Halter of Park Hills, MO passed away April 7, 2014 at the age of 46 years, 9 months, and 21 days. She was born June 17, 1967 in Farmington, MO a daughter of Dallas “Sonny” an Emma Isabelle Orrick Cloin. On Feb. 14, 1987 she was united in marriage to Stanley Lee Halter. To this union was born two sons; Cody Halter of Park Hills, MO and Tyler Halter of Ironton. Also Surviving are her father Dallas “Sonny” Cloin and mother Claudia Woods Cloin of Arcadia, one Brother Dallas “Buddy” Cloin and wife Samantha of Ironton, two sisters, Amy Carrington of Bismarck, and Abigail Kreutz of Fenton, and her grandmother Christine Woods of Arcadia. She was preceded in death by her mother Emma Isabelle Cloin. Tamra was a 1985 graduate of Arcadia Valley High School and was employed by Meadowbrook residential care in Pilot Knob. Funeral services will be held on Friday April 11 at 11 AM from Cole Family Funeral Home with bro. Dennis Walker officiating. Visitation will begin on Thursday from 4 to 8 PM.
