Donald Lee Pinkley Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Lee Pinkley of Ironton, MO passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021 at the age of 62 years, 8 months, and 1 day. He was born April 26, 1959 in Fredericktown, MO to Maurice and Reba Thompson Pinkley. On February 24, 1979 Lee was united in marriage to Connie Alcorn who survives. To this union two children were born; Brad Pinkley of Ironton, MO and Melissa Pinkley and companion Josh Clauser all who survive. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Zach, Isaiah, Ashlynn, Emma, Wyatt, Sawyer; three sisters, Angela Keesee and husband Richard of Ironton, Diane Reed and husband Tony of Ironton, Vicki Smith and husband Larry of Ironton, a sister-in-law Kim Pinkley of Ironton, a brother-in-law Kenny Jones of Ironton, and many more loving family members and friends. Lee is preceded in rest by his parents, a brother Jim Pinkley, two sisters Carol Jones and Mary Albertson, and a brother-in-law Bobby Albertson. For many years Lee worked as a bricklayer to support his family and was a member of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers. As a child Lee was baptized in the Baptist faith and was a 1979 graduate of Arcadia Valley High School. Lee was a hard worker, a wonderful friend, and a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He is going to be missed by all who knew and loved him. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 31, 2021 at 11:00 am from the Cole Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 beginning at 5:00 pm and lasting until 8:00 pm. Interment will follow the services in the Ashlock Cemetery. Rev. Eugene Alcorn will be officiating the services.
